studio space.
With a variety of classes, both active and gentle, we can
address the multi-faceted needs of the individual company as
well as the unique student. Our experienced teachers have
traveled around the world and through life changing
experiences to deliver a mature perspective on how Yoga can
be integrated into your day and your life.
